Dear Claire

Dear Claire,

You LOVE your Da-Da. I mean my goodness, it's even your favorite word. As soon as you are done BFeeding you say "Da-Da?", when we go outside you yell "Da-Da!", when you hear the TV come on you say "Da-Da?", when you see him you get the biggest smile, and when I say "where's Da-Da?" you look around for him.

Yesterday when I said "Da-Da's here!" You started to crawl towards the door to greet him.

Grandma is in town and she taught you how to throw your new pink ball. You get SOOOOOO excited when you throw it. You bounce and squeal and clap. You are so proud of yourself, and it melts my heart. She has been taking care of you while I am at work and she has such a good time with you, but you are wearing her out! You want to walk while pushing your walker, and you crawl all over the place, and you eat like a horse. She knew by the time she got up here to visit that you would be moving, and she was right!

You had a rough couple nights Sunday through Tuesday. Took you awhile to go to sleep and woke up a few times in the night for boobie, but last night you were back on track. Your naps, however, are a different story. So short. You have things to do I suppose.

Right now your Daddy and I are working really hard to provide for your future. Daddy is working LONG days out in the rain, I just got a promotion (YAY!), and my talent career is just starting (I applied for a running photoshoot for Brooke's shoes). We are in the process of getting qualified for a house. I wanted to be in a house before your first birthday, but I think we will be in by the end of July. Our lease is up then, so we won't have to rush to move.

Anyways.... We all love you so much. Keep growing. Keep being adorable. And keep giving us those slobbery kisses.
